John Gracey - ACA Finance Director – John Graduated from Oxford University and after qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young he moved into the financial services sector. John previously worked for Cresvale International Limited, the Japanese warrant and convertible bond market maker and subsequently Asian equity stockbroker. More recently he spent several years in private wealth management and tax consultancy.

Christopher Rowe – Christopher is Chief Executive Officer of Arc Fund Management Holdings plc and Arc Fund Management Limited and has some 35 years experience in equity markets as a stockbroker. He has a successful track record of raising capital for small to mid-cap listed companies.
